My Wallpapers downloads images from its own backend. It has no accounts and sells nothing about you.

What is collected
The app has no accounts and no advertising. Requesting a wallpaper carries the ordinary information any web request carries, such as your IP address, which the hosting provider records in its server logs.
What is stored on your device
Downloaded wallpapers and your preferences are stored on the device. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Network access
The app connects to its own backend to list and download wallpapers. It does not send personal information there.
